- Production Time: Each piece requires 1-2 weeks for completion.
- Delivery Timeline:
- Lagos: same day
- Other Nigerian Cities: 2-3 days
- International Orders: 3-5 working days for DHL, 5-14 days for FedEx
Shipping Partners & Tracking :
We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every Beauty Charming piece is custom-made for the individual, and our products are carefully made; therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds.
However, we stand by our commitment to flawless
craftsmanship and will work with you to ensure a perfect fit.
Alterations & Adjustments:
If any of your outfits or product requires modifications, please reach out within 2 days of delivery, and we will make the necessary adjustments.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Beauty Charming will gladly refund any unopened or gently used items within 2 days of purchase through our website. Please return the item(s) in their original product packaging. Beauty Charming products can only be returned for a refund if unopened/unused within 2 days of purchase through our website.
Please note that all personalized and/or engraved items are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable.

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, notify us within 2 days, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
